Refund Policy - Applies to all merchandise

We strive to sell you a sewing machine, or related parts and accessories best suited to your requirements. In case you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us for assistance by phone or email (see contact page), and we will try to resolve your problems.

In the event that we cannot resolve your issues, you may send the merchandise back to us, under the folowing terms and conditions.

Customers must contact us for a return authorization. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our location, as well as any additional charges that may apply. Shipping charges are not refundable. Merchandise must arrive in the same condition as it was received by the buyer.

Restocking fees are as follows:

• Between 1 and 30 days since purchase (15%).
• Between 31 and 60 days since purchase (18.5%).
• Between 61 and 90 days since purchase (20%).
• Between 91 and 120 days since purchase (25%).
• Between 121 and 150 days since purchase (30%).
• Between 151 and 180 since purchase (35%).
• After 180 days we no longer accept exchanges.
